Cameron's team offer both the ambition and determination needed to get challenging deals across the line, while also offering the strong resources and service of a traditional mortgage & financial firm.
He specialises in complex Mortgages including investment and self employed purchases but also likes the joy of getting first home buyers approved.
He has extensive knowledge and experience with those who have started their own business and perhaps don't have two years financials or have challenging circumstances. Investment purchases outside of the LVR restrictions have also become an area of expertise.
Outside of work, Cam's five kids occupy most of his free time. He also has a German Pointer named Rose, and will challenge anyone to a game of table tennis on the office table.
Mel has worked in the finance industry for the last ten years. This career started in Australia where she worked in the pawn broking/personal finance industry then upon returning home to New Zealand she worked for one of the local banks, moving to her role at EasyStreet.
In her spare time Mel dedicates her time to her busy young family. Mel loves to build relationships with clients and the satisfaction of seeing clients reach their home buying goals.
From growing up on a dairy farm in the Waikato to studying outdoor leadership in Otago, Ricki has built a diverse career across industries including retail, adventure tourism, outdoor education, maritime operations, logistics, landscaping, and arboriculture.
Working in hands-on roles has given him valuable insight into the challenges people face when working toward their financial goals.Helping people has always been central to what Ricki does. After many years as an outdoor guide and instructor, alongside a long-standing interest in finance that began with accounting and economics at school, he now brings these passions together to help individuals and families build a secure financial future.
When not working, Ricki enjoys time with his family and exploring the Canterbury region outdoors, whether it be by foot, kayak or mountain bike.
With 5 years of experience in personal lending, Samantha specialises in managing the application process from start to finish. She prioritises clear communication to ensure every application progresses smoothly.
